If one accompanies a conversation as a photographer, one usually has ample opportunity for lively portraits of the participants. For me, my purely electronically exposing and therefore absolutely noiseless cameras from Sony are, since 2015, an ideal prerequisite for disturbing as little as possible. With the SLR cameras that were previously necessary, every time I pressed the shutter release, I had to ignore the usually ever-increasing feeling that the constant aggressive clicking was annoying. For a long time I have only used flashes during such observational reportage situations if it is desired in terms of design and agreed in advance. Since circa 2008 my digital cameras are so light sensitive that, in combination with fast lenses, “too little light” hardly ever occurs anymore. Additional light therefore only makes sense from a compositional point of view. Flashes were only used for the group photos and for the picture in the “command center” at this photo session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Different perspectives allow an exciting layout of several conversational photos. Introductory portraits with a view into the camera are needed as lead-in or in the internet as “stage set” and a final group shot of the team completes the visuals. All in all, the appointment including the interview lasted less than two hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
