Respect helps. However, as a photographer you should not be shy in having the head of the communication department wait because the CEO should act undisturbed in front of the camera. That’s how it is with executive portraits: it is good if they don’t even notice how time flies. And ideally, the last shots meet the agreed deadline without looking at the clock.
